Not your average garage............Did you ever wonder what became of the original soda fountain counter from the Henniker Pharmacy? Please join us and you will find out. This is just one of the many surprises you will find inside the Ayer & Goss garage.

This is an opportunity to network with fellow chamber members. Appetizers will be served by Country Spirit. Beer, wine and soda will be provided by the Henniker Chamber of Commerce. There will be a raffle for various prizes.

Henniker Community Spring Clean Up Day

Date: May 3, 2014 (Rain Date: May 4)
Time: 10AM - 1PM

Meet at the Henniker Community Center, Gazebo on Main St. Check-in starting at 10am to get assignment, trash bag and gloves.

How Can You Participate? Businesses, Organizations and Residents can help with the clean up by sending an email to with their company/group name/family name and number of people attending. The Henniker Chamber of Commerce will donate $100 to the team/group with the largest number of people to check-in and check-out as a team/group.


Trash bags will also be available for pick-up at the Henniker Transfer Station during the day. If you would rather, you may pick up bags there and then clean up in your own neighborhood. Please leave your bags on the side of the road by Sunday afternoon for pick up.

Please help us make Henniker look its best!


Following the clean up efforts will be a FREE barbeque for all participants on the lawn at the Henniker Community Center with food provided by the Henniker Chamber of Commerce.

Volunteers are encouraged to wear a t-shirt with their organization’s name on it and to bring their own gloves, hat, sunscreen and safety vest, if possible.

Business After Hours "Increase your Green"

A big thank you to Heather from HollyHock Flowers, Susan from Sea Glass Yoga, Terry from Cutter Flooring, and Rick from Country Spirit for all you did to contribute to an informative and enjoyable Business After Hours "Increase your Green" on Thursday, March 13th.


Much was shared on new flooring options available, how to put the WOW in your flowers and the benefits of a healthy life style, and of course all enjoyed the food prepared from the Country Spirit. Thanks all.

Guided Evening Snowshoe Tour

On Saturday, February 22, twenty-two Henniker Chamber of Commerce members, family and friends enjoyed an evening of snowshoeing and networking. Henniker businesses represented included Scott Dias Custom Building, Coldwell Banker J Hampe Associates/Cathy Clement Dias, Michie Corporation, Moonlight Electric, Bill Marko Builder, Intervale Farm Pancake House, Fiber Studio, Dr. Belson MD, Deb K LLC and Sea Glass Yoga & Wellness Center.


Scott and Cathy Dias graciously hosted a snowshoe trek through the woods towards Pats Peak followed by pizza in their home. All, including two Michie (third generation) children, finished the entire loop.

Additionally, Deb Kreutzer from SnowXu® demonstrated her newly patented collapsible snowshoes.
